Nimi is passionate to volunteer because as a mom and wife, she feels she has so much in life and would love to help other moms/women feel loved. Everybody deserves a treat sometime and everyone deserves to know that somebody cares. If everyone did just a little, this world would truly be a better place.

Our holiday drive has officially come to an end, and we extend our heartfelt appreciation to those in our community who donated, volunteered, and supported us to reach our goals. Your generosity helped make the holiday season special for the women we serve.
Thank you for standing with women and helping us create lasting impact each and every year. We look forward to all that 2026 will bring and we invite you to join us as we continue our mission again next season!

This shoebox full of goodies will help a woman in need this holiday season

The Waterloo/ Kitchener Shoebox Project occupies the ancestral, traditional and contemporary lands of the Anishinabewaki ᐊᓂᔑᓈᐯᐗᑭ, Ho-de-no-sau-nee-ga (Haudenosaunee), Attiwonderonk (Neutral), Mississauga, Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation. In particular, our Chapter resides on land ceded in the Treaty 3, 1792 & Haldimand Treaty. We recognize and support the Indigenous individuals and communities who live here now, and those who were forcibly removed from their homelands. In offering this land acknowledgement, we affirm Indigenous sovereignty, history and experiences.
