Laura joined The Shoebox Project in 2021 as Nanaimo's Local Coordinator. She is a musician and artist living in Nanaimo/Snuneymuxw First Nation Territory with her partner, child and two dogs. Laura is grateful to the other volunteers, drop-off locations and community support for The Shoebox Project; and also thankful to the kind agencies working with wonderful people experiencing hardship.
