Self-Care Through Movement & Mindful Presence is a virtual, trauma-informed workshop led by psychotherapists Sashaun Clarke and Ayana Henry of Piece of Mind Healing Centre. It offers a supportive space to explore self-care through gentle, intentional movement and mindful awareness.
Participants are guided to notice how breath, posture, and small movements can support grounding and regulation, especially during stressful times. Practices are slow, accessible, and optional, with flexibility to move, rest, or simple observe. No prior experience or sharing is required, and the focus is on personal choice, safety, and discovering what feels supportive in your body.
