Led by Registered Psychotherapists from Piece of Mind Healing Center, this workshop explores self-compassion as a practical, evidence-based way to build resilience and support mental well-being. Participants will learn how self-compassion differs from self- criticism and practice simple, optional strategies to respond to stress and challenges with greater balance and care. No sharing or prior experience required.
